Shipping Policy

In-stock products typically ship within 2 to 3 days by MKB logistic team. The products that are out of stock will be shipped within 3 to 4 weeks.

If you are shipping an item over AED 1000, you are exempted from any shipping charges. Also if you shop for less than AED 1000, you are liable for a flat shipping amount i.e. AED 15.75

Also, Cash on delivery will be at limited prices. If a customer buys more than AED 600, the product’s price will be paid by credit or debit card.
If you shop for less than AED 600 you can also pay via cash on delivery option

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund only if the product exceeds a certain amount that is applied by our team.
