ACCOUNT RELATED
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes, you need to have an account to seamlessly place an order with MKB.
How do I update saved addresses?
To update, add or remove any of your saved delivery addresses in your account, simply log in and head to the address section. Select at the top right corner of the address you want to update. Tap “save changes”.
How do I reset my MKB account password?
Hit the “Forgot Password” button on the log-in page. We will send you a link to your registered email address to create a new password.
DELIVERY
How long will it take to deliver my order?
We deliver orders within 7-12 days. This estimated delivery time may vary depending on where you live.
Do you deliver to remote locations?
Yes, you do. But if you live in regional or remote locations, please be aware that shipping restrictions may be applied for selected items where we are unable to provide the courier service requirements.
Is international delivery available?
We do accept and deliver international orders for our audio systems to a limited number of countries.
What happens if I’m not home for my delivery?
No worries! We make 3 delivery attempts for a particular order. If you don’t receive the item anytime within the 3 days, your product will be shipped back to the depot.
ORDERS
How do I place an order?
Placing an order with MKB is quite simple. Simply follow the steps below –
- Search for the product you are looking for. Once you have found the product, select “Add To Cart”
- Once you’re done, select “My Cart” (top right of the page) to checkout.
- On the checkout page, enter contact details, choose delivery options and proceed to payment.
- Fill in the payment details and hit the “Pay” button. There, you have successfully placed an order.
Can I change or update the address on a placed order?
It is possible, but make sure you’re quick. If your order has not been dispatched, contact us to request a change to your delivery address.
How do I cancel my online order?
We move fast to get your orders packed and dispatched as fast as possible. If your order hasn’t already been shipped, we should be able to cancel your order. Contact our customer support team for assistance in canceling your order.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Can I return an item?
To get a refund on your order, you must return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging and condition. You must also return any accessories, and manuals received with the order.
I have returned an item. When will I get the refund?
Refund amounts are processed only after the item(s) returned have been approved.
Can I exchange an order?
To exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item(s) in their original packaging. Once received, we will contact you to confirm approval. You will be credited your balance through your original mode of payment which will enable you to place a purchase again quickly and seamlessly.
